FastLane Check‑In: Required Information & Deadlines

FastLane Upload Deadline

Wednesday, May 15 at 11:59 PM (Midnight) All required documents must be uploaded in GotSport by this deadline.

Document Preparation Requirements

• Ensure you have all paperwork listed in the Team Check‑in Information & Requirements, including the 2026 Manager Check‑in Cover Sheet.

• To avoid large‑file upload issues, split Medical Waivers into 2–3 PDF files.

  • File #1 must begin with the Cover Sheet.

• There are Extra Document Upload slots in GotSport.

  • Label each extra document clearly based on its upload number.

• Order all Medical Waivers and Proof of Age documents alphabetically.

• PDF format only — no other file types will be accepted.

• Upload all documents following the GotSoccer/GotSport Upload Instructions.

Important Notes

• After the deadline, our volunteer staff will be unable to review new FastLane uploads. For questions, email nmdtcheckin@needhamsoccer.com.

• Once your submission is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Print this email and bring it to all tournament games.

• If you add a player after receiving your FastLane Pass:

  • Submit the new player’s paperwork before the deadline via FastLane and email us at nmdtcheckin@needhamsoccer.com, OR

  • Bring the paperwork to the in‑person check‑in at DeFazio Park before your first game kicks off.

Required Statement on the FastLane Cover Sheet

As the designated team representative, you must sign the following:

“I understand that as the designated team representative I am responsible for submitting any changes (including additions of players) to the aforementioned roster which is being submitted for a Fast Lane Pass. I hereby agree that any changes to the submitted roster must be approved by a designated Needham Soccer Club Team Check-in representative prior to the commencement of the team’s first game. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in the forfeiture of any and all affected games.”

On‑Site Requirements During the Tournament

You must have the original Medical Releases and Proof of Age for all players at every game. Random pre‑game checks will be conducted to confirm:

• All players are rostered for the tournament

• Medical releases are on hand

• Age requirements are met

Teams found playing un‑checked‑in players will forfeit all remaining games.

FastLane Troubleshooting

If you have not received a personalized response within 5 days, check the following:

1. Confirm your original email did not bounce.
2. Check your spam/junk folder.
