In-Person Team Check-In Instructions for Managers

Specific Instructions For Our In-Person Team Check-in:

In-Person Team Check-In locations are different for Invitational and Showcase Teams; however, the requirements are the same.

1.  Gather ALL of the paperwork listed in the Team Check-in Information & Requirements under the Team Check-In tab – including the completed cover sheet.

2.  Make copies of everything!

3.  Find out where your designated check-in site is below and come prepared with originals plus copies of all required paperwork, and we will check in your team at that time.  Remember- we keep the copies, and you need originals at the field with you, so you must have copies at check-in.

Invitational Teams

These teams (meaning U10-U19 teams not playing in the college showcase brackets) will be required to Check-In at these locations during these specific times:

  1. Friday May 24th from 3-9 PM at the Needham Sheraton NMDT HQ Hotel – 100 Cabot St. Needham, MA 02494
  2. Saturday May 25th from 7:30-11 AM at the Needham Sheraton NMDT HQ Hotel – 100 Cabot St. Needham, MA 02494
  3. Saturday May 25th from 12-4 PM at DeFazio Park Information Booth – 400 Dedham Ave. Needham, MA 02492

All teams must Check-In before their first game at one of these locations and times if they are proceeding with In-Person Team Check-In.

College Showcase Teams

College Showcase Teams will be required to Check-In at the Dining Services Distribution Center location during these specific times:
